fresh juices noodle station rainfall shower
the breakfast buffet featured fresh juices and a noodle station. the room had two sinks and a rainfall shower, a plus for me. regular buggy service helped with getting around the resort, since it stands on a hill.
the gym had limited equipment, with only three treadmills.

sea view helpful staff food requests
i found the sea view from my oceanfront view guest room 1 king to be so lovely. the chefs at the restaurants were very accommodating with my food requests, that i appreciated a lot. the staff at the helpdesk were also helpful.
The hotel is located far from the city. It's more isolated.

the staff was polite.
the room i stayed in felt quite dated. the toilet holder was falling apart, and the furniture looked old. also, the mattress was not comfortable at all.

serene moments
ocean view hillside haven quiet resort
The resort was secluded and quiet. I found respite from any busy areas. the location had great access to buggy rides, but i preferred to walk and savor the beauty. the ocean views was captivating from nearly every room, a wonderful aspect of this hillside haven.
The resort felt dated. I noticed this especially with the stained chairs and old sofa in the room. there weren't many loungers available by the main pool. i would also suggest the addition of new cushions in the rooms.

the staff was caring, and they were always helpful. i found this especially touching when i had a simple request. the professionalism of the staff shined through in every interaction.

breakfast had such a great variety, so much to choose from. the eating area overlooks the ocean, a wonderful treat. i appreciated that the food was fresh and prepared.

there were several swimming pools available, each with a great view of the beach. the cleanliness of the resort was notable, made me at peace. the greenery surrounding the entire area created a peaceful atmosphere.
